Windows 10: Reinstall a program

Hi,

I had a Windows 10 PC. A program was not functioning well so I thought that I should remove it and reinstall it.

It was a paid subscription and I was given a link to install. The link is not working now. I want to reinstall the program. It is less than 24 hours after deleting the program. My device has been restarted 2 times after it. Please tell can I restore it?

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

reinstall programs

would suggest you to use Internet Explorer and see if issue persists. You may refer to the steps provided below to open Internet Explorer.

• Press Windows key + R to open run box.
• In the run box type iexplore and hit enter.
• Right click anywhere in free space of Internet explorer.
• Select the option of create a shortcut to the desktop.
• Now try to open the website from this shortcut and see if it helps.
