Windows 10: reinstall android to Z8300 Nexbox

My Nexbox T9 - using Z8300 x64 Cherry Trail didn't have enough space for system backups so when it froze during a Windows 10 update there was nowhere to go. The next Update fromW10 due next month is predicted to be even bigger.

I want to reinstall Android instead.

Can anyone guide me to Android reinstallation software I can put on a usb?

I recently got this nifty Mini PC, Nexbox T9. Out of the box it worked fine except the speedtest for the wifi was giving me about .02mbps down and probably even less upload. So, drivers confirmed updated,
i device managered then uninstalled it to try reinstall. Did a search for hardware changes and there is no longer anything device under network adapters. Couldn't remember what it was called exactly except for "Broadcom" 802.11. Tried finding and installing
every iteration of Broadcom wireless driver i could find to no avail. Problem is i can't find any support from Nexbox whatsoever, so i tried a custom reinstall of Windows 10 which worked but not only is there still no wireless, hardware searched, under device
manager, but I have the red X on the sound controller, no audio device installed, with no "Sound, video & game controllers" device manager option at all, it disappeared. No idea what the sound card is, is there a generic audio driver i could throw in there?
Please help revive my 150$ paper weight to what it was before unwittingly broke it.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
