Windows 10: Reinstall of windows 10, keep getting stopcode and just loops restart

I'm trying to reinstall windows 10 on a new build. It keeps stopping part way thru install and says windows stopcode. Then it restarts and just continues to loop the same way, always with windows stopcode.

Windows Stopcode - auto repair and restart loop

This has happened in the last 2 days. The only error information I get is to search Microsoft for stopcode error for a fix. However, I don' have any information about what caused the problem I don't believe there was any downloads/updates happening before
it happened. The computer just froze in the middle of checking email. I am unable to access reboot or restore functions because it's in a loop o blue screen, repair tool,and restart. Anyone have any suggestions please?
