Windows 10: Reinstall questions?

A few questions about reinstalling Win10...

I have Win10 hardware (a Dell Inspiron 15 5558 i3 with 16GB RAM and a 500 GB SSD... yes, there is a Win10 key on the bottom), but right now, I'm running Linux Mint 19.3. I'm FULLY happy with Mint 19.3, but I have toyed with reinstalling Win10.

My mom has a FULLY updated Win10 system.

Could I clone my mom's fully updated Win10 install, then just add my MS account and be up and running quicker than a traditional install? Or would I run into Win10 activation issues?

Would it be better to just reinstall on my own in this example?

Reinstall System Image Question

Reinstall System Image Question –
When saving a system image in Windows 10, it saves it as “Windows Image Backup.” I then add the date to the listing and save it. Therefore, I have a list of backups that read like “Windows Image Backup 9-4-19.”
So, this is my question.
If I need to reinstall my system image, does Windows allow me to choose any of the backups in my list to reinstall?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
