Windows 10: reinstall wikicamps app

I have lost the wikicamp app on my windows10 tablet and want to reinstall it.

The issue may occur due to compatibility issues.

I suggest you to install Wikicamps in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

To install Wikicamps in compatibility mode follow these steps:

a. Right-click on the setup file of the program and select “Properties”.

c. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

d. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and
select latest version of Windows from the drop down list.

e. Let the program install and then check the functionality.

Wikicamps on Windows10

Wikicamps appeared to install OK but when attempting to open it a blue screen appears stating "wikicamps" & "downloading". After a few minutes this screen disappears without comment and no Wikicamps access!

I have uninstalled the app, re-installed it and attempted to open on several occasions to no avail.

Is there a fix for this?

With the aid of an IT specialist the problem was found to be the Avast antivirus

Is there a set up that avoids disabling Avast while using Wikicamps?
