Windows 10: Reinstall Windows 10 from 11 without Internet

I've had Windows 11 installed on my computer for a while now, but after many inconveniences or issues, I've decided to reinstall Windows 10.Unfortunately, my computer try as I might, reading as many discussions as there are has an error with my wireless network, therefore landing me without internet.How do I face this issue?

Windows features doen't list Internet Explorer 11 and I want to reinstall it on my Windows 10 Laptop.

To address your concern, please follow the steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Internet Explorer 11.

• Type Windows feature in the Search box. Click on Turn Windows feature on or off.
  
• Uncheck Internet Explorer. A window will pop up, click OK.
  
• Click the OK button. Click Restart when prompted.
  
• Repeat the steps to reinstall Internet Explorer (Check the box).

I would like to inform that the Internet Explorer might be disabled from Windows Features. I suggest you to enable Internet Explorer by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X and select Control Panel.
• Click on Programs and Features.
• In the left pane, click on Turn Windows features on or off.
• From the list locate and check the box for Internet Explorer 11.
• Click on OK.
• Restart the system and check.
