Windows 10: Reinstall Windows and receives error code 0xc0000001

I have a Lenovo Yoga C940 and tried to reinstall Windows from USB. The weird thing is the installation process took only ~ 1min which is definitely too fast to be normal. And after installation, I received an error code 0xc0000001.

Could anyone help me with this? I feel it may be related to Optane and Rapid Storage Technology.

Tried Andre Da Costa suggestion - at the end of the installation process comes the message "Inaccessible boot device" and it reloop again to try to boot.
