So i have gotten many errors, tried many options but havent fixed it. a Microsoft recomended me to backup files and do clean installation of Windows since i probably have corupted files. Should i delete files on drives or should i delete partitions? 1 process faster which is delete partitions but would like to know your thoughts.

    :)

    Delete my W10 Partition

Do you want to safely delete your Windows 10 partition and use only Windows 7?

If Yes, then boot to your Windows 7, run msconfig, go to "Boot" tab, you will see something like this :

Reinstall Windows for corupted files. Should delete files or delete partitions. boot-png.png

Choose "Windows 7" and click "Set as default", then choose "Windows 10" and click "Delete", restart if asked or necessary.
Now the boot information for Windows 10 has been deleted and you can safely delete your Windows 10 partition (make sure no important files are on the Win10 partition). To delete and extend your partition you can use many partition manager tools.

    Cannot delete files in Temp

There are a few files that i cant delete in
    C:\Documents and Settings\1st User\Local Settings\Temp
which are ~DF567B.tmp, ~DFB71E.tmp, ~ROMFN_000007A8 and Perflib_Perfdata_7a8.dat. And some times there are a few more.
What are these files and why cant they be deleted?
