Windows 10: Reinstalled WIndows 11 because of stupid bug, now left with incomplete UWP Apps

Hello! I have reset my PC really recently because of one of my GPU drivers crashing my system on boot. Not even Safe Mode worked. After I reset my PC, I went to install stuff from MSStore but it didn't launch. When I looked in apps, I saw this.?????? Can someone tell me how I can get the apps working again?

UWP App Suspension in Task Manager

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.



You might see the green leaf with suspended state beside the Minecraft app/program. However, the Green leaf shown beside any process is normal. The green leaf lets you know that the process is ready to use but is in suspended state.



This allows the computer to consume less RAM without affecting the performance of the processes. In other words, Windows puts the applications/processes in Ready state or blocks them from being executed by the processor until requested
by user.



In this scenario we would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the app and check.

1. Press Windows + I key to Launch
   Windows Settings
   
2. Click Apps and select Apps & features from the left pane
   
3. Scroll and select Minecraft and select Uninstall.
   
4. Restart the PC and then reinstall from Microsoft Store.

Help Windows update broke left clicks in UWP Apps

Windows 10 Home 64 bit v.1703 Build 15063.608

I noticed the problem after I installed KB4034674, I've since installed update KB4038788 hoping it was a fix but the problem persists.

The problem happens in UWP apps I've tried like edge, Mail, Windows defender and sticky notes, legacy type apps like Chrome and steam I can control fine

 

Taskbar bug: switching to another window -will not appear at the front


Follow either of these steps to fix the issue with the Active window hiding behind.

Method 1:
I suggest you to disable window by hovering over it with the mouse and check if it helps. To do so I suggest you to try the below given steps and check if it helps:

1. Press Windows key + X key and click on Control Panel.
2. Select or click Ease of Access.
3. Click or tap onEase of Access Centre.
4. Click on Make the Mouse Easier to Use was uncheck Activate Window by hovering over it with the mouse.
5. Check if issue is resolved.

Method 2:
I would suggest you to completely uninstall the touchpad driver and reinstall it. Kindly follow the below given steps.

1. Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
2. In the list of devices, you should see the touchpad drivers.
3. Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
4. In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
5. In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes” option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
