I originally installed Windows 10 Student using my college student email a year or two ago. I recently upgraded to Windows 11, but was having issues with some drivers and decided to reinstall Windows for a fresh start. It's reinstalled but it is wanting me to use my work or student email to set it up, but I am no longer a student at that college. I tried using the same student email but it is saying "the administer does not allow user."I'm willing to buy a product key for Windows 11 but it isn't giving me any other option besides to enter a work or student email. Please help! How do I install

Account settings out of date for student email??

I logged into my student email on the mail app but it says account settings are out of date. Every time I fix it, the notification pops up again. I checked the article on how to fix it but nothing worked. Suggestions??

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
