Windows 10: Reinstalling apps

Im trying to reinstall Minecraft windows 10 edition (I got it though java edition) I couldn't get the most recent update so I uninstalled then tried to reinstall. But It says "Minecraft Windows 10 edition does not work on you device"s. I've tried running the command that clears the Chache on the Microsoft store it didn't work, I did all the steps it did not work. How do I fix this?

Mail app will not open on 10041.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
