Windows 10: Reinstalling network drivers

I was having network issues, so I performed a network reset. I now have no internet at all and I don't know what to do other than reinstall network drivers, but that may or may not have worked. I don't know. What can I do to get internet back?

Network Issues After Installing and Reinstalling AMD Drivers
