    Reinstalling Windows 10 version 1809 installs version 1903 which I do not want


    Having a problem about my Windows 10 startup, I tried to reinstall Windows 10 version 1809 using an installer that I had created some months ago. When the reinstall was completed I was flabbergasted to see the horrific welcome background and that was characteristic of version 1903. There are many features of 1903 that I do not like so I want to reinstall the previous 1803 or 1806 or 1809.

    How to get Windows 10 version 1903 (have version 1809)

    I have Windows 10 version 1809 (build 17763.475). Is it possible for me to get version 1903 from Windows Update? I keep getting just 1809 updates. Right now it's trying to install the cumulative update for version 1809.

    About 4 weeks ago my laptop computer was updated from Windows 10 Version 1809 to Windows 10 Version 1903. This was done thru the Windows 10 Update feature. I have not had any problems with this upgrade.

    As of now my desktop computer (Windows 10 Version 1809) has not been updated.

    I would like to get my desktop computer updated to Windows 10 Version 1903.

    How do I go about doing this?
