    I want to format my PC. I know I can install windows 10 then do all the updates such as as the creators update. Is there a way for me to create a windows 10 installation DVD with the creators update?

    I had windows 10 until the creators update in OCT 2017 destroyed my PC I reinstall 8.1 then try to reinstall 10 but it said your pc cannot run windows 10 what was in that creators update that makes it not able to run windows 10 again ???
