Windows 10: Reinstalling Windows 11 Partition Troubleshooting

So I'm trying to reinstall Windows 11 to hopefully fix an issue I'm having with hardware acceleration. I got in contact with my manufacturer Dell who gave me an informative video on how to do it. I created the installation media on a USB but when I attempted to install it when I got to the part about deleting partitions there was nothing there. see photo attachedI tried clicking 'refresh' and 'load' however nothing came up and I'm unsure how to proceed as I don't want to click something that will mess my laptop up.Any help/advice will be appreciated thank you!

W7 Hard drive partition issue

to get rid of that 100 meg windows partition that setup creates for you on a new install on a blank hdd:

- press shift+f10 when on the partition management screen in setup <-- this opens a command prompt
- diskpart <-- start the windows command line partition management tool
- list disk <--- list the installed hdds in this computer for the next step
- select disk 0 <- might have to replace 0 with the number of the correct disk
- clean <-- this will erase all data on the disk you selected one step up- dont use the wrong disk!
- create partition primary <- creates a primary partition taking up all space on the drive, adjust the command if necessary
- exit, exit to exit diskpart and the command prompt
- click refresh in partition manager and select your newly created partition and install to that

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Windows Couldn't update the system reserved partition

What is your operating system version and build?

What troubleshooting steps have you made?

Open administrative command prompt and run: C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther

Search for these log files and post with onedrive or a cloud link.
setupact.log
setuperr.log


In administrative command prompt run:

1) diskpart
2) list disk
3) select volume 0
4) list volume
5) select volume 1
6) list partition
7) select volume 2
8) list partition
9) select volume 3
10) list partition
11) select volume 4
12) list partition
13) exit
