Windows 10: Reinstalling Windows to remove all bloatware? (Dell G3)

I have a pretty old Dell G3 3579 that I used "Reset this PC" to hopefully remove the bloatware, but it's all still there. I don't really want to remove it all one by one, because I'm not even too sure what is bloatware and what should stay (such as smartbyte and the dell stuff). I've heard of something called reinstalling windows to do this? Is there a simple way to this? Or if there's an easier alternative route that'd be great too. Thanks!

What is the RIGHT PROCEDURE to REMOVE Dell Bloatware

Hi roninrr2, I have a Precision and believe me it did come with bloatware . . .

With regard to removing the Dell Bloatware, the only quick way to do that is to clean install Windows 10 and a full set of drivers, I gather you do not want to do that . . .

Please provide a list or screenshot of all the Dell bloatware that is listed in Control Panel - Programs and Features and I will advise you on what can safely be removes and what you need to keep for the good running of your system . . .

Yes, I know this a a MS forum, but I don't want to screw my Windows 10 system up by removing/uninstalling all of the Dell bloatware in my system.

I have a new Dell Laptop, Windows 10 Home, about 2 months old. My old system died and I did not have time to order a Dell Precision computer, which I understand does not contain any Dell bloatware.

Anyway, I am finding Dell stuff all over my new system and do not know how ingrained this stuff is in the Windows 10 system -- and am a little worried about going in and just bulk uninstalling everything with a Dell name on it. [Another reason that I want
to remove the Dell stuff is that I am getting a Windows Service Start Failure error that a lot of posts I am seeing attribute this error to some of the Dell support-ware stuff.]

So I just wanted to check if there was a step-by-step procedure to follow in removing the software without affecting the Windows 10 system.

So any help, direct or references to other people doing this would be appreciated.

Dell G3 Speedstep not working?

The core clock frequencies and voltage on my Dell G3 are locked at full speed and max voltage. Speed Step/C-States are enabled in the BIOS, I'm using the balanced power plan in Windows (min CPU 5%, max CPU 100%) and there is no abnormally high CPU load. I'm confused... *Confused

Edit: The power cord plugged in was keeping the clocks at full speed. There must be some Dell specific power settings I'm missing.
