Windows 10: reinstalling windows

Discus and support reinstalling windows in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have windows 10 enterprise and i have sum corrupted files. I want to reinsatll it.     I have windows 10 enterprise and i have sum corrupted files. I want to reinsatll it. Windows media creation tool does not work. Doing a recovery does not help. what should i do?
