    Windows 10 22h2 versionI7 7820x 48gb 3200 cl16 ram5700xt graphics cardWd sn550 windows drive and 4 hdd for data storage.One plus 9 pro is the phone plugged into the PC.The issue is, I'll boot up windows and login as normal. Near immediately with my phone plugged in in charge only mode or as a USB hotspot; both behave identically windows will act symptomatically as though my c drive has been disconnected or removed from my pc. Start menu won't open, apps freeze and crash as they try to start. And eventually the PC hangs up completely or it needs a hard shutdown great for my hddsThe issue on

    Windows Vista Wont Install Freezes?

    had the same problem, freezes and long installation including each step loading, in my case a bios update helped.
