Windows 10: Reliability History (Monitor) taking a very long time to list results.

My Reliability History was instantaneous before when generating the report; but now, it sticks on this screen for over a minute and a half at minimal:





I cleared the Event Viewer logs with command: for /F "tokens=*" %1 in ('wevtutil.exe el') DO wevtutil.exe cl "%1" because I thought the two apps share the same log files but it didn't make a difference in how slowly/quickly the report was being generated.

Reliability History still takes forever to generate the report even when the log files were cleared. Is there a way to "Reset" the Reliability History Monitor?

1- I am referring to windows 10 reliability monitor which reviews my computer reliability and problem history.

for example: reliability details for 11/12/2015 at 12:33 AM Cairo Time saying for about 12 times in sequence that windows explorer stopped working, but when you press check for solution , the pop up message says no new solutions found which is the same reply
for all the problems that appear in this report.

what i am concerned about is that the graph in this monitor is downgrading the system from 10 to about 2

Cortana Error in Reliability Monitor

Hi,

I appreciate you for trying some steps in order to get the issue fixed.

If you don't find any error with Cortana, and the issue is only with reliability monitor projecting an error with Cortana. I would then request you to perform DISM and check if the issue is removed.

• 
  Press Windows key, and type CMD in search. Right click on CMD and click on Run as administrator.
  
  • 
    In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
    
  • 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
    
• 
  DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  
• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.
  
  
  

Please revert if you face any issues with reliability monitor.
