Windows 10: Reliability History says Windows shutdown unexpectedly, but the time is incorrect.

I had an issue while booting into windows 11 on my laptop. I got a BSOD. So, after the device rebooted successfully, I checked the reliability history, and it said that windows had shutdown unexpectedly at 10:23 AM of the same day but at that time I was still using my device and it was not turned off until about 20 minutes later, but still then when I shutdown my device I waited for it to completely turn off and then unplugged the charger to put the device away.This is not the first time I get a BSOD error on this device which is only about a month old but it was usually caused by xTendUtility

Hippsie here's my check list:

1. SFC/DISM
2. Manuel time sync in Date & Time in the CPL
3. WSReset
4. Open up Task Schedular and run these:

 

contact list in mail and reliability history(windows 10)
