Windows 10: Reliability Monitor Reset in Windows - RAC agent folder completely missing in task scheduler

Hi,I was having a few issues with Reliability Monitor running a dell labtop and still on Win10 and suspected that my lab top wasnt capturing all of the error logs it should have been. I found a fix on-line that explains how to reset the reliability monitor on Win 10/11 and I duly carried out the reset where I extracted the BAT file for the command prompt script to re-set the reliability monitor - Link 1As part of Link 1 I have also cut and pasted Link 2, where it explains how the reliability monitor utilizes the information provided by the RAC agent task in Task scheduler. Only I dont have a

I also don't have the RAC agent in task scheduler. But you can try this command in CMD

schtasks.exe /change /enable /tn \Microsoft\Windows\RAC\RacTask

Hi

I am attempting to enable/verify settings for reliabilty and perfomrance monitor, but when in task scheduler I have no RAC under Task Scheduler Library>Microsoft>Windows. Can see all other services.

I am domain admin on the device but am remotely accessing the device.

Does this need to be installed? Why is this missing in the first place?

Empty folder in task scheduler

I open task scheduler as administrator. I navigate to Microsoft, Windows, RAC. The task is empty. The RAC folder is System32 is there, but empty as well. The reason I looked is that my Reliability Monitor is no longer an option in Security and Maintenance.
I've been having some issues with Security and Maintenance. Malwarebytes Premium and AVAST free should show up under Security. It doesn't. Only UAC. I'm not sure if there is a connection but something is wrong....
