Windows 10: Relosoun Adware

I can't remember how this thing started but what it does is, anytime I plug my computer to charge, it automatically opens up my default browser and fires up this page relosoun.comwhich auto redirects me to advert pages.

My windows anti virus is always active and up to date but anytime I do a total scan, it won't detect any virus or threats and this thing has been happening for a while now and I don't know how to fix this.

Please if anyone out there has ever experienced this, I do love to get your response and how you overcame this.

Recommendations for Adware killer?

I currently have been using Adaware by lavasoft as an adware scanner, actually have been for a long time.(Free version). Over the last year however that program has been getting more and more bloated, does anyone have any suggestions for something better?
