Windows 10: Reltek audio not showing

    Reltek audio not showing


    So when i go to my device manager and sound, video and game controller all I see is NVIDIA High Definition Audio and NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device Wave Extensible WDM when i show hidden devices still no reltek audio because of this I cant get any sound or connect my microphone what can i do to fix this?
