Windows 10: Remedies for missing msvcp110 and msvcr110 continue to evade me

In September 2020, I tried to open Photoshop but got the error message of Missing MSVCP110.dll. Since then I have been unable to use most of my important Adobe programs. I went to a repair and restore shop to try to fix the problem. They could not and advised me to contact Adobe which I'd already unsuccessfully tried. They showed me how and I was able to have them look into it. After about a month, the replied this was a Microsoft problem they could not fix. So around Christmas time I contacted Microsoft. The reply told me to try to reload the program which I did. That did not work. I even reinstalled Windows 10 itself which was very time consuming and more expense. Neither did updating, and installing other programs like Visual C++ Redistributable. I have lost a great deal of time, money, clients and credibility. This would seem like an easy thing to fix. Please, how do I fix this problem that so many others have suffered for?

Missing msvcp110.dll on Windows 10

Step 2 got MSVCP110.dll running. Now the error is MSVCR110.dll was not found.

 

The program can' start because (msvcp110.dll and msvcr110.dll) missing from your computer. try reinstalling to fix this problem

I just update to Windows 10 and continue to get the above mentioned error message for either msvcp110.dll or msvcr110.dll. Does anyone know the right steps to fix both issues?

  You have to ensure that you install the correct version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package on your computer based on its System type.
