    Hi Annette,

    I hate to say that Groove Music as a service has been discontinued recently, and there was a brief window in where you can recover your purchases after the announcement of its discontinuation, but ultimately the service no longer exists as of December 31, 2017:

    Bottom line, you cannot download the music you purchased from the Groove Music service, as it no longer exists.

    Cortana to play Spotify instead of Groove

    Hi

    How can I change Cortana on Windows 10 Mobile to play Spotify by default? Currently, Cortana tries to play Groove, which is of little use since the Groove music library has not been available since 31/12/2017.

    Thanks for your assistance.
