Windows 10: Remnant DLL

We uninstalled an HP printer, and tossed it. Its icon remained on desktop and in the printers list of devices. A knowledgeable person went through the registry and deleted files with the printer name included. Now on start up we still get a dialog box stating that the system cannot start the printer name.DLL How do we purge the reference to that printer , so that it does not look for that DLL ?

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.

Thank you for the update, Aaron. We recommend deleting the file since we've determined that this wasn't a possible remnant of an app that you've uninstalled. Follow these steps:

• Press Windows key + E on your keyboard to open File Explorer.
• On the address bar, copy and paste this location: C:\Windows\System32
• Look for the rundll32.exe_7998F194F318v1478.dll file and delete it. NOTE: Make sure that you are deleting the correct file as you may encounter problems when deleting an incorrect file in the System32 folder.

Update us if the issue gets resolved.
