Windows 10: Remote access hack using userviewer

My microsoft security wasn’t working so i searched up the microsoft support number and o thought it was real that’s besides the point they made me use that view user or whatever it’s called for remote access and even after deleting it they can still access my pc

Try these two steps and tell us if your issue gets solved. If it does not then your PC may be infected. Use a Good antivirus to remove the infection from your device completely.
