Windows 10: remote access problems

can anyone please help me out here? I am having issues with my PC it has all the windows 10 updates I have even just yesterday reset it to factory but still cant get rid of whoever is accessing my connection remotely. I did try the windows defender and have numerous inbound/outbound rules that are setup and honestly I don't understand them very well but do know that one of the connections that is flooding my network and accessing my computer is showing in wireshark that has set some of those rules on defender. I tried to change them but now I just purchased a new Mcafee subscriptions and have called twice today but neither time could they access my computer remotely to help. I really would like to keep this PC but some of the rules where to control things like my camera, mic and files which really worries me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you are the recipient of stolen goods. All of our work laptops have this feature where it locks the BIOS and hard disk remotely if stolen, misplaced, or after a certain number of failed access attempts to the data on the disk without the TPM key.

I would suggest returning it to wherever you bought or got it.

Remote access

Did you allow those Tech Support scammers to have Remote Access to your PC, they would have asked you to allow that?

Once you have turned off Remote Access, they can no longer access your PC.

Open Control Panel - Programs and Features, order that list by Date Installed

Check for any software installed on that date, like TeamViewer or LogMeIn, if you find any remoting application like those, uninstall it

Other than that, you have taken all the right steps and your PC will be fine, you do not need to worry about this further . .
