Windows 10: Remote App on Win 10 Display Issues

We are running virtual machines - windows server 2016. 75 RD user CALs registered.

Out of about 150 daily users that connect to the remote app we have 4 users that intermittently get stripes. Sometimes the issue follows the user and other times it follows the laptop. It looks like some sort of rendering issues?

The user will have open outlook, ie, and excel and then when the window is minimised and then maximised it is displayed in stripes (see below) The users are on HP G3 and G4 laptops. The G4 is on version 1703 (KB4035543)

I'm currently running updates for the G4 to see if that fixes it - will get back to you on how that goes.

Remote app for android

I recently traded in my iphone for an android, and just realized that hippo remote is iphone only. I'm looking for a similar app for android so I can use it as a remote for my htpc. Any suggestions?

HP Connected Remote is an app that comes preinstalled on select Windows HP computers. I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it resolves this issue.

• On the Windows 10 Start screen, type hp connected remote.
• Click HP Connected Remote from the Apps search results.
• Click Settings, and make sure Enable HP Connected Remote is turned On.

I've already tried to do steps from
here, it didn't helped. Also I've tried to reinstall the app as
