    Remote Apps Work Resources authentication error


    Hello,We have a 2019 windows server that is acting as a Remote Desktop Server. Remote Apps Work resources works fine on windows 10 devices on an internal and external network, however, on a windows 11 device it will only work properly on the internal network. If i were to use Remote Desktop Connection to directly connect to the RDS it will connect just fine, but when I use our Remote Apps the error i am getting is "An authentication error has occurred. The token supplied to the function is invalid. Remote Computer: ......."We are using Direct Access to connect to the internal network.Ple

    How To Create Two Factor Authentication for Remote Desktop

    Hello artmanphoto, are you using the built in remote software that comes with windows 10 ?
    I too use remote software, so can i suggest you change to one of the following.
    Because the remote software that comes with windows is very insecure.

    Anydesk
    To use 2 step authenticator with anydesk go here

    Teamviewer
    To use 2 step authenticator with teamviewer go here


    Splashtop
    To use 2 step authenticator with splashtop go here


    Radmin
    Does not have 2 step authentication as far as i know.
    But it does have IP Filter, very high security.

    All 4 have very high security,
    Anydesk, Splashtop & teamviewer all have so you can add two factor authentication with google authenticator.
    Personally i prefer radmin Remote Apps Work Resources authentication error :)

    * Had to add Anydesk to my suggestion because it's just to good to leave out *

    I recently traded in my iphone for an android, and just realized that hippo remote is iphone only. I'm looking for a similar app for android so I can use it as a remote for my htpc. Any suggestions?

    Remote desktop connection fails due to authentication error “CredSSP encryption oracle remediation",

    I couldn’t figure out why I’m getting the message in the screenshot below as I applied “Remote desktop connection”. The resources and documentation in the internet doesn’t solve the problem

    What could be the issue here?
