So we currently have an issue where users have to enter admin credentials when sitting exams or using something that requires a firewall elevation. Is there a way from the backend we can permit these on the device without having to RDP on and enter the admin credentials to elevate privilege, It would be useful if someone could help out with this. So users are on standard accounts on managed devices and cannot do certain things without admin credentials like access certain portals. Is there a work around for this?

    :)

How can I prevent users from disconnecting from the organization Azure joined

Hello - How come users can disconnect a company computer that is in Azure Joined Domain ?

Users can do this (no admin privilege required). Under Settings, Accounts, Access Work or School, at the top under Connect, it shows the user account

"Connected by *** Email address is removed for privacy ***".

The user can then select Disconnect this Account and disconnect the company computer from the company domain. The computer was set up with Intune and AUtopilot

How do I block users from disconnecting from the company domain.

    Regards

    Dave

Intune or Azure for MFA with ServiceNow

Hello. We will soon switch over to Intune for our Mobil Device Management (we currently use Centrify). We also use ServiceNow(SN) for incident management. We would like require MFA when users Log into SN from outside of our network (ie on their home computer).
ServiceNow's MFA is not user friendly. Do you know if we can use Intune for this? Currently, SN uses our on-prem Active Directory for Authentication. I heard Azure AD could possibly be used for SN MFA, but I am not sure if that is possible.

Any help/suggestions that you have would be appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.
