    REMOTE CONNECTION WON'T CONNECT.


    Hi, I have an issue with my remote desktop connection. It shows me that I am connected to another console session? I tried logging off other sessions and updated my windows but it shows the same thing. How can I solve this problem please?

    help to remote connect

    No need to setup a permanent remote connection for FB add-on's. I'd suggest Team Viewer. It's free and will allow you to access his pc safely and take control.
