Windows 10: Remote Desktop doesnt stay on; Toggle immediately switches back to off.

Ive tried going through CMD, settings, Reg Edit, Messing with network settings, ect to make remote desktop stay on. But still, every time I try to turn it on, it turns back off instantly. Any Advice???PC Specs:Windows 10 Pro - 21H2Ryzen 7 3700xEVGA 2070 Super32gb Corsair Vengeance 3200 Ram2TB and 250GB Sabrient NVME

Enable Remote Desktop Toggle

I am running Windows 10 Pro at work and home. I use a VPN to log onto the company network from home and then I use remote desktop to connect directly to my work computer. I have done this for years. But I have a different computer at work now and it seems
to randomly toggle remote desktop off. If I forget to check it before I leave for the day/weekend then it will often not be able to connect. When I get back to work and check, "Enable Remote Desktop" is always toggled off.

How can I stop this from happening?

1. Are you using the Microsoft remote desktop app?
   

If you are using the Microsoft remote desktop app downloaded from
Microsoft store then, I suggest you to follow the steps to
fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store.



If the issue still persists with the Microsoft remote desktop app, then you can contact the support team by going to the

link and scrolling down to the bottom and clicking on
Microsoft remote desktop support under the Publisher info.



However, if you are using the Remote desktop connection, which comes pre-installed with Windows 10, then I suggest you to please post your question in the
TechNet forum.

Remote Desktop Client App Doesnt play sound on device

We suggest that you follow these methods on how to resolve the issue:

Method 1: Clear app cache and force stop the application.

• Go to Settings.
• Tap on Applications then select Application manager.
• Select Microsoft Remote Desktop app then tap on Clear Cache.
• Tap on Force Stop then restart your device.

If issue persist, proceed to Method 2.

Method 2: Uninstall and reinstall the application.

• Go to Settings.
• Tap on Applications then select Application manager.
• Select Microsoft Remote Desktop app then tap on Uninstall.
