Windows 10: Remote Desktop has stopped working and I cant access my remote server

All of a sudden remote desktop has stopped working and I cant access it. Some background first:The remote server is running the latest version of Windows 11. Normally when I try to login from the client I open "OpenVPN" create a connection and then run the MRD app. The client is a remote M2 Mac. Its software is also up to date Ventura 13.4.1. The MRD application is also up to date.I can open OpenVPN and achieve a connection with the remote server.Once I have OpenVpn running I can key in the local IP address for the router and open and adjust the router.So I know I am accessing the server and

Unable to access server via remote desktop after router change

Hi,

I manage my home theatre and music servers via remote desktop. Both have wired connections to the router.

All has been well for many years.

Recently our old modem/router was replaced with a new one. There have been no other changes.

While I can still remote into the home theatre server I am no longer able to remote into the music server:

Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer....

What I can do is:

• ping the music server
• bring up shares on the music server on another computer
• access the music server using TeamViewer

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can use remote desktop to manage my music server again please?

Remote Desktop not working

First off, im unbanned wooo

I'm trying to use logmein pro to get windows remote desktop setup for my main computer back home, its 8.1 pro and the remote desktop option in the computer properties is activated. (Also the remote port has been changed in the reg as I have a home server that I remote to as well which works fine). All ports have been forwarded and there's no firewall issues.

The issue is I just completely cannot connect to it using remote desktop. Is this due to logmein being installed? I don't want to uninstall it to test my theory and then be completely cutoff from the pc for 2 months if I'm wrong.
