Windows 10: Remote Procedure Call Failed Cannot Login to ANY NEW User Accounts Windows 10

HelloToday I was trying to add family accounts, I've done it before and know how they all work, after activating them and trying to login to the other accounts, it gave me an error "0xc0000225"I even tried to create a Local Account, set the Password, and went to the login, and then I started getting the Error "The Remote Procedure Call Failed"I can login to my original Administrator account without issue, making the other accounts Administrator Accounts did not fix this, and every time it fails to login, I'm unable to put my Pin in on my main account and login, and the Power Options are Unavai

Windows 10 periodically checks for updates so you don’t have to. When an update is available, it’s automatically downloaded and installed – keeping your PC up to date with the latest features.

To check for updates now, go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select
Check for updates. If Windows Update says that your PC is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to follow the below suggested methods and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

Method 1

Check the status of Remote Procedure Call locator service. Make sure the Remote Procedure Call status is Started and set to Automatic. RPC Locator should be set to Manual.

• Follow the below steps:

1. Click Start and type services.msc in the search box.

2. Search for the Remote Procedure Call locator service.

• Make sure the start- up type is manual. Follow the below steps:

1. Search for the service.

2. Right click on the service.

3. If the service is stopped then start the service.

4. Select Properties.

5. And in the Start-up type select Manual.

Method 2

Check if the same issue occur when logged in through a different user account.

Follow the steps:

• 
  In the search box on the taskbar, type
  settings and select Settings.
  
• 
  Select Accounts > Other user accounts.
  
• 
  Under Manage other accounts, select
  Add an account.
  
• 
  At the bottom of the page, select
  Sign in without a Microsoft account.
  
• 
  Select Local account.
  
• 
  Enter a name for the new account. If you want this person to sign in with a password, enter and verify the password, add a password hint, and then select
  Next.
  
• 
  Select Finish.

Windows 10 - the remote procedure call failed

I have the same problem, but only with 1 of the 2 admin users set up on my HP Windows 10 laptop. Opening any photo with the Microsoft photo app when I am logged on results in "The remote procedure call failed". My husband, logged into his account, opens
the same photo using the same Photo app with no problem. None of the previously listed solutions have worked for me. The WSReset results in the same "remote procedure call failed" error. The Store app won't run either.

So it looks like this problem is related to the user's store account. A temporary workaround would be to create another user and use that for store apps that fail for the primary user. Ultimately, Microsoft will have to provide the fix for this glitch.

the built in Administrator account in Windows 10, and then try to create new user account and check if it helps.

  Press Windows+ X, select
  Command Prompt, and then click Run as Administrator.

  When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
  
• 
  At the command prompt, type net user administrator /active: yes, and then press Enter.
  
• 
  Type net user administrator
  <Password>, and then press Enter.
  
  Note In this command, <Password> represents the actual password that you want to set for the administrator account.
  
• 
  Type exit, and then press Enter.
  
• 
  Log off the current user account. And login and check whether your able to login to windows or not.
