Windows 10: Remote working indicator for calendar?

In Outlook, how to indicate to colleagues that you are working remote on certain times/days so that when they are booking meetings they will know that you are available but working elsewhere? On that you will be present at the office on certain days in a scheduled manner? "Working elsewhere" shows the time as busy, not available. How to indicate remote working yet free for online meetings?This would help in planning f2f, remote, and hybrid meetings accordingly.

In default Windows 10 calendar app, is there a way to include my work calendar (hosted by Rackspace in an Exchange account)?

Suggest you to try the below mentioned steps and check if they helps.

• Click Setting(I.e. Gear Icon) on Calendar app
• 
  Click Accounts.
  
• 
  Select Add an account, tap or click the type of account you want to add, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
  
• 
  Once it is done, Calendar app will Sync all your events from your work calendar.

Calendar times not working correctly

I suggest you Sign out from calendar app.

Try to add new account by following the below steps.

• Go to calendar settings
• Under account.
• Add account

After adding new account try to create new event and set the time.

Event portion in calendar doesnot work.

So this helped us to understand that the issue is with in the Calendar app. So let's proceed with further troubleshooting steps:

Step 1: Run Windows Store Troubleshooter

I suggest you to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter. Follow these steps to run Windows Store troubleshooter:

• Type troubleshooting in the search window and select it.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Windows Store troubleshooter.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

Step 2:

If issue persists then there might be a chance that the Calendar app may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store. To get these app working again, you need to follow these steps:

• 
  Open powershell
  as administrator. Type PowerShell in the search box, right click on it and select
  run as administrator.
  
• 
  Run the command get-appxpackage *microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps* | remove-appxpackage
  
  
• 
  Re-install Calendar from Windows Store.
