Windows 10: Removal of Windows password - impossible due to link with Hotmail account?

I need to remove my password from my windows laptop as the laptop is due to be repaired. I do not seem to be able to do this following any of the instructions I found on the web and the instructions given by Dell This seems to be because my LA[top Pin/Password is somehow related to my Hotmail password and I can not break that link. How do I remove my Windows password please?

I only respond to TPU msgs in my hotmail account so that wasn't the case. I honestly had to change the password before I could log into my account.

NEVERMIND: For some odd reason the field to change password every 72 days was checked.

 

Window 10 Auto-Logon (Hotmail/MS Account)

Hello everyone!

So, i've updated my PC to Windows 10 and i have a little problem.

Anyone knows how to auto-logon without asking for password using Hotmail/MS Account? I i've already tried the trick using "netplwiz" from Windows 8 wich always worked totally, and in Win10 it just does not work, it keeps asking me for password...

Anyone knows how to bypass this without having to create a local account?
