Windows 10: Remove Address and Debit Card from Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Program

I cannot find a how to remove my billing information from Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Program. Customer support was also not able to help. I'd like to remove this payment method and address from my Microsoft account.

Hello! I have a question regarding Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration, I need to replace the Debit Card I’m using for the program, if I were to change the payment method for the program would I be charged on the new card?

 

How to remove existing Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration?

Have an existing Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration, is it possible to remove it? I’m unable to see any other options to cancel it when I clicked on the manage button.

How would this Windows and Windows Phone Annual Developer Registration affects my user experience? I’m currently not planning to do any development with my account, it was signed up when I was younger when I entered the industry out of curiosity and interest to learn.

removing debit card

my old debit card was cut off, and i have been sent a new one, but i am now unable to make purchases from the marketplace even with entering all the new details, is there a way i can remove my old debit card details and use my new ones as the primary billing
address, also i purchased something over the pc for my phone and had it sent over email, i was charged but still cannot collect what i have purchased, please get back to me soon and preferably with a solution as i have rang the customer service line like the
message told me to and nobody helped me what so ever .
