Windows 10: Remove adminstrator email

i wanted to log in into one of my emails through the windows 10 mail app, i had a local user, but when i logged in, that email was synced to my local administrator account and it doesn't seem like i can remove it, or switch back to a local account.

is there anyway to remove the email and use a local account again ?.


also why on god's earth is that a feature, it's so infuriating.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Problem removing email account from calender

Hi,

Follow these steps and check :

• Double click on the email account that you wish to remove.
• A pop-up is displayed, at the bottom you can find the Option "Remove Account"

I suggest you to log into account.microsoft.com and check whether the account is listed there.

I also suggest you to follow the steps below to remove the account and check if it helps.

• Press Windows +R to open run command.
• Type netplwiz.
• In the dialogue box that appears. Select the account that you wish to remove.
• Select remove.
