    Remove all Messenger messages


    Previously in 2020, someone asked how to remove "all the Messenger messages to start with a clean slate". A Technical person answered and said he attached a screen shot of an icon to click to begin the process the screenshot was not saved in the stored answer. So, what icon do I click at the bottom of the screen and then "select all of them, then click on the trashcan/delete icon."I'm using a PC with windows 10 and I have clicked on any and all icons I can find in my open Messenger messages Chat?, and I am not finding the correct icon, etc.Help!Radman

    Hi!

    I friend of mine recieved a spam message with a link and opened it.. now his messenger started to send spam messages with links to others..
    How can this "virus" be removed.. or is the only possibilty to make a new messenger account?
