remove bloat apps from Windows 10 Pro

Windows 10 Pro seems to come configured with a whole load of bloat. Things like Netflix, Dropbox free trials, etc. When I login I can uninstall the apps .

When I create a new user on the computer all the apps and icons reinstalled again for Netflix, etc. How do I get rid of this complete from the PC? I've tried as local admin but still the same. It only seems to uninstall for that user. I want the apps removed off the computer entirely

I looked at Bloatbox (and others) but they seem to only identify Microsoft apps

    :)

remove bloat apps from Windows 10 Pro

After I do a clean install of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, one of the first things I do is remove almost all of the 40+ bloatware apps that come in it.

Many of them can be removed in the Settings - Apps section of Windows 10, but many of them can't.

The ones that I can't remove are removed in the Tools - Uninstall section of Piriform CCleaner.

Once they're removed by both methods, they never return, regardless of how many Windows 10 updates are later installed.

Is it time for Windows 10 already?

Again, for those that want the update reservation and you meet the requirements ---> Upgrade to Windows 10 for Free

And, some info from the FAQ page:

Also, some interesting info from the Specifications page:
