  1. Remove deleted account

I deleted a business account permanently and Windows 10 does not give me an option to remove the old account from my PC and will not allow me to make changes because it is needing a password then gives the error that the account does not exist obviously. The option to delete from account settings is NOT available, it only gives me an option to "manage". HELP!!

It is not under "Access work or school".

I cannot access the hidden administrative account through CMA it says "access denied".

No accounts show up under Computer Management either.

    :)

    Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

    Remove deleted account

    Deleting User Accounts

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.
