Windows 10: Remove Emails from file sharing pop up in windows 11?

So when trying to share files, in the pop up shows a few different emails. I've checked my outlook and I'm pretty sure those emails aren't there. I was wondering if there was a way to completely remove the emails from this pop up?Similar question was asked here : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/clear-file-sharing-list-in-file-explorer/4e8fb9d8-83f5-4b4f-86e5-405a9410e20bHowever this doesn't have any sort of update for windows 11.

Hello Allan,

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.

Cannot access shared network drive

I could scream! so much time wasted on this stupid error, as if time is not precious enough!
It probably would work fine if I could see the other computer! But I cannot see the other computer!

 

Problem removing email account from calender

Hi,

Follow these steps and check :

• Double click on the email account that you wish to remove.
• A pop-up is displayed, at the bottom you can find the Option "Remove Account"
