Windows 10: Remove features added during "We are adding some new features"

How do I remove features that were installed during "We are adding some new features".

• No error, just continuous popup for last 5 days at irregular intervals saying we are adding some new features to windows

Display Language feature is not available in adding new language

Chinese is display language of my windows 10(accidentally set, i don't know this language). Now, i want to change it to English. When i try to add new language their is three feature available

1. Text to speech
2. Speech recognition
3. Handwriting

i don't find the feature display language. How do get it? Display language setting

and when try to add new language adding new language, Display language feature is not available

 

Windows 10 'We are adding a new feature' problem


Since installing Windows 10, my laptop regularly pops up with a message saying 'we are adding a new feature/features,this may take a while' then two or three seconds later, it pops up a message saying 'something happened,click here for further information' and when you click, it just takes you to a list of typing options.

Does anyone know how I can a) get it to update whatever it's trying to update properly, or b) turn off the annoying notifications?
