Windows 10: Remove International English Layout from layouts

Hello.

I know it's been asked multiple times, but in my case I don't have the international English layout in layouts. I, instead, have a Russian and a English US layouts:





While I have this at the selections of layouts:




How do I remove it? I need the US one, because this one is useless and glitchy e. g. it requires to write two ' apostrophes, unless you do it, it will not write any.

there is also no International layout in English US options button, only the US one
