Windows 10: remove local weather radar program

Discus and support remove local weather radar program in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; how do I remove a program called "Local Weather Radar"?     Weather and The Radar apps not working on Windows 10.

    The radar portion of my windows weather app has stopped working. All I get is a blank screen. It stopped after the last windows 10 update. I have tried app troubleshooter, uninstalled and reinstalled. Any suggestions?

    Weather Radar Map Doesn't Load

    After several apps upgraded earlier today, the Radar Map within Weather doesn't work. Instead I get a listing of all of the buttons and text labels, which looks like this:

    I have already reset my Router and Firewall, which weren't reporting a block anyway, and that didn't help.

    Yeah , I tried to remove it thorugh powershells commands and then reinstall back from the Store. No luck tho.

    There's no radar for my place not even weather alert.
