Windows 10: Remove mic icon from taskbar, get full privileges on computer

Hi,Why can't you configure the taskbar how the hell you want ? If I want to remove the microphone icon why can't I do that ?This icon is ugly as hell as useless too ! I've used computers for more than 20 years I don't need an icon to tell me when my microphone is in use !Well after looking for a long time, the best I could find was this : That was obvious how to open this window by the way not at all hidden just open task manager run as admin cmd : "explorer shell:::{05d7b0f4-2121-4eff-bf6b-ed3f69b894d9}"And that's where I currently am with another disapointment. How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

Hi Graceimson,

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.

System Icons on taskbar

Are you referring to the clock system icon on the taskbar?

If so, I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

• 
  Click on the search bar on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Type system icons.
  
• 
  Under Turn System Icons ON or OFF, turn On the Clock and check with the issue.

Safely Remove Hardware icon missing

Hi
In the last few days the 'Safely Remove Hardware' icon has gone missing from my Taskbar. Also, if I right-click on the USB stick or USB hard drive in 'This Computer' the Eject option is missing.
In PC Settings/Personalisation/Taskbar/Notification area/Select which icons appear on the taskbar I have 'Always show all icons in the notification area' switched on & all items in the list are in the 'on' state including 'Windows Explorer (Safely Remove Hardware & Eject Media).
Any suggestions?
