Windows 10: Remove Microsoft 365 for enterprise from personal PC - what will this do to my files?

I have a personal subscription to Microsoft 365, but somehow Microsoft 365 for Enterprise e.g., product through my employer has also been installed. I only noticed this when I got a message at the top of a Word saying my administrator had updated my security settings.I don't want anything related to my employer on my personal PC and would like to remove 365 for Enterprise see image.There does not seem to be an option to choose which license I use -- the enterprise license is always dominant.If I uninstall Microsoft 365 for Enterprise from personal laptop, what will this mean for my files

My windows 10 Enterprise PC has an old Microsoft personal account. How to switch to the Office 365 account?

you get the idea. ( too lazy to put it in a for loop and test it.

or just open regedit and remove all the fileX from that key.

 

Remove personal Microsoft account and only use Office 365 & associated email

I would like to remove my personal Microsoft account from my work pc and use my Office 365 "Work" account. Removing the personal Microsoft account appears difficult or impossible without restoring the pc. Is there a workaround that does not involve restoration?
