Windows 10: Remove NDIS USB tethering driver

I want to How remove NDIS USB tethering driver completely! but for some reason I cannot fully delete / uninstall the driver, as it keeps popping back up when I reconnect my phone. of course I restarted the computer - did nothing... what is the problem? no way to remove a simple driver?I'm not the only one! see this:https://www.****/threads/how-to-remove-ndis-usb-tethering-driver.43106/This person want the driver, but I don't want it at all....

Hey ho, issues AGAIN.

So im still insider and running build 10240 with the newest definition updates and so on and Ive been using Jolla now and then for USB tethering, its been working.

Updated Jolla yesterday to aaslakkajärvi-build and now it doesnt work. Somehow the NDIS driver is "corrupted" or what so ever, I have no idea. The problem itself, is that I cannot for some reason fully delete / uninstall the driver, as it keeps popping back up, when I reconnect my phone. Any tips to remove it completely?

 

USB tether - I need to get NDIS based Internet Sharing Device driver installed on win 10 laptop WHERE / HOW ?

tying to tether android phone to win 10 laptop. continues to fail connection . Found on searches that it needs NDIS based Internet Sharing Device driver. This driver does not exist in my Dev Mgr>netwk adaptors. This process of USB tethering used to work
OK. looking to find this driver / how to install for days. Trying NOT to use one of those driver update software products . This shouldn't be that complicated - Help ----- If this driver were among my adaptors listed I could easily request DRIVER UPDATE
there , but it just isn't there. --- I ran EVERYTHING search on my laptop for NDIS -> about 600 files contain NDIS . Can I execute one of them to reinstall this driver ? ----

I downloaded the repair tool suggested – restoro.exe – ran that and still no progress. I happened to run McAfee AV which then reported numerous files in restoro that needed quarantine, so I uninstalled that.
