Windows 10: Remove Network option from safe mode with Group Policy

I am trying to see if there is a way to remove the option of starting in "Safe mode with Network" but still keeping the option of starting in "Safe Mode" on window 10 users. I would like to try to push this out with a group policy from out network but have not really found anything to do this if it is even possible. Has anyone done anything like this or have an idea how to do it?

1. May I know, which version of Windows is installed on your computer?
   
2. Is your system connected to Domain network?
   

If you are not on a domain network you can try the troubleshooting steps provided below.



Method 1: Winsock reset.

1. Start your PC in safe mode.
   
2. Once you are on the same mode.
   
3. Search for Command Prompt on the Start Menu.
   
4. Right click and Run as Administrator.
   
5. Type in netsh winsock reset
   on the command prompt and hit enter.
   
6. Reboot the computer and check.

it to a safe location.

MDM Group Policy removed?

2. What is the error which you receive regarding the Group Policy?
   
3. What do you mean by “MDM Group Policy removed”?
   

If the computer is connected to a domain (organization) network, then the issue is better suited in TechNet Community. Please visit the

Failed to start in Safe Mode with Networking
